व्यापारिक सन्नियम Business Law Book पुस्तक इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय के बी. कॉम. प्रथम वर्ष हेतु नए पाठ्यक्रमानुसार पूर्णतः नए कलेवर में प्रकाशित की गई है।

प्रस्तुत संशोधित संस्करण में विषय-सामग्री को सीमित करते हुए ‘गागर में सागर’ भरने का प्रयास किया गया है। भाषा को अधिक सरल व रोचक बनाने की भी कोशिश की गई है।

संशोधित संस्करण की कतिपय महत्वपूर्ण विशेषताएं इस प्रकार हैं :
