Index Number : Concept, Classification of Index Numbers-price relative, quantity relative, value relative & special purpose (in brief). Consumer Price Index (CPI), Whole Sale Price Index (WPI), Methods of Construction of Index Number-i Unweighted & ii Weighted indices (in brief). Test of Adequacy of Index Number Formulae (in brief).
