We feel immense pleasure to launch the first edition-2022 of this book “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship”. This book contains 17 chapters and each chapter presents a picture of one aspect of entrepreneurship as a dynamic activity that affects the success of an entrepreneur. To make this book as meaningful as possible, each chapter begins with chapter introduction followed by a detailed write- up on said topic. In addition, the main points of the chapters are supported by numerous real life examples throughout. Each chapter concludes with questions for discussion which help to students for preparing them for examination. Easy language has been used to assist student understand and grasp every topic easily.

• Unit III : Promotion of a Venture : Concept of Projects, Project Identification. Formulation and Report, Project Appraisal. Produce Selection and Techniques, Raising of Funds : Concept, Need, Types and Sources.
• Unit IV : Small Business : Process of Establishing Small Business, Nature, Objectives and Importance of Small Business. Role of Financial Institutions in Financing of Small Business, Infrastructural Facilities Legal Requirements for Establishment of New Unit. Entrepreneurial Consultancy Process and Methods.
